| Ingredients | |
| Dates | 1 cup | 
| Butter | 1 tbsp | 
| Grated Copra seperated | 2 tbsps | 
| Cardamom powder | 1/2 tsp | 
| Salt | a pinch | 
Chop the dates finely.
In a pan, melt butter. Add the chopped dates and mix well. 
Sprinkle cardamom powder and give it a mix. 
Also add grated Copra, give it a mix and cook for 5-6 minutes. Make sure to give it a mix every 2 minutes. 
After 6 minutes, remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes
Once the mixture is cool enough to touch, take a small portion and roll it on your palm into small balls.
Roll the balls on grated copra.
Refrigerate the rolls for at least 30 minutes before serving.
