Gnocchi with Onions and Bell peppers

Gnocchi cooked 2 cups
Onion Chopped 1
Tomato chopped 1
Red or Green Bell pepper Chopped 1
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 cloves
Water  2 tbsps
Oil  2 tsps
Salt  to taste
Coriander leaves Chopped 1/4 cup

Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and fry the chopped tomato for 5 minutes. Transfer it to a bowl, let it cool and grind it to make a paste.

In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and add onion and Bell pepper. Fry till the onion looks transparent. Add  garlic, tomato paste,  Gnocchi, salt, pepper powder  and water and cook it for 3-4 minutes with the lid covered.

Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
