Baked crispy sticks (From leftover Roti dough)

I had some left over Chapathi/Roti dough last night. I thought of baking it to a crisp since it makes a healthier choice than potato crisps.

Ingredients
Leftover Chapathi/Roti dough
Salt
Pepper powder or chilli powder






Roll the dough like it is done for roti and cut it to thin pieces.









Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.

Arrange the pieces in a baking plate lined with baking sheet.

Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and bake for 20 minutes at 120 degrees till then are crispy.
